About Us
Odesho Vardeh is the firm’s principal and has been practicing in Southern California since 2006.
Mr. Odesho is a Certified Public Accountant, CPA in California, Arizona, and Illinois states and he is also an Enrolled Agent, EA which allows him to practice before the IRS.
He practiced with local CPA public accounting firms servicing a diversity of personal and business clients. He has developed methods and professional solutions to solve and respond to complex tax issues.
In 2016, he decided that he would be in a better position to service his client’s needs by forming his accounting corporation.
