He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California, Arizona, and Illinois, and an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Before establishing his own firm, Mr. Vardeh worked with local CPA and public accounting firms, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse range of individuals and businesses. His professional experience includes tax compliance and planning, accounting and financial reporting, and developing practical solutions to complex tax and financial matters. In 2016, Mr. Vardeh established Odesho Vardeh Company, an Accountancy Corporation, with a commitment to providing personalized, responsive, and professional accounting and tax services. His approach combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of each client’s individual circumstances and business goals.
